Standard Operating Procedure

Our Standard Operating Procedure Never Requires A Buyer Broker Agreement when using our services, unless you would like to be exclusively represented by our firm and although formal identification is not requested, prior to the showing of any properties, we will collect from every buyer,  a mortgage pre-approval or  proof of funds.  We will also  educate, supply and collect the required  New York State disclosures, which include, COVID, Agency,  Fair Housing and Wire Fraud.
